How to use

• Download to desktop or any other folder that is easily accessable.
• Call me to set up a time for me to work on your computer
• Double click to open.
• Double click "Remote Support Connection" on the left.
• Wait a few seconds and I will be fixing your computer.

How it works

• It allows me to see and use your computer from my office.
• You can see everything I do while I am connected to your computer.
• This connection is initiated by you. Once I am disconnected I cannot connect again without your help.
