      When Brian and I first met I knew nothing about computers beyond the very basics needed to write a paper for class and send emails to friends. I am one of those people who often cannot figure out technology or electronics even when I have the instruction manual in front of me. Through his patient instruction I am now much better with computers and hope to continue to learn how they work with many more hours of his careful instruction. Over the summer I was priviledged to go along with Brian on a few jobs. I loved watching him interact with his customers. No matter who he was helping Brian was able to teach them on their level what was wrong with their computer and how to better use their electronics.       Brian is an awesome computer tech. He is extremely knowledgeable about computers and has saved us a lot of money. We have needed repairs, advice and also purchases of computers and each time, Brian has possessed the knowledge to lead us into the best solutions for our needs. Another great quality is, when we need computer help, of course it is at a time when we need it fast. Brian has come out to the house on a moments notice. He is always very prompt in returning our calls. You would do yourselves a disservice in not using Conozo Computer for any of your computer needs!!

      Brian sure knows how to get the best computer for your dollar, especially in today's economy. I advised Brian of the budget I can spend on a new desktop and a new monitor. He was able to find a great computer and monitor for my wife and I while staying under budget. He had it up and running in our house within a few days of my order. Very proficient and honest. The computer cost about half as much as I thought I had to spend in order to receive a fast CPU and great looking monitor. I like turning to Brian for all my computer needs instead of the big computer stores because he has a great call back time, and is willing to meet you at your house anytime, any day by appointment. I will continue do to business with Brian as long as I have any computer troubles.
