Here a few customers of Conozo Computers LLC share their experiences with Brian Kaufman and his work on their computers. Many have also come to regard Brian as a friend because of the way he does business and because of his friendly personality.

When Brian and I first met I knew nothing about computers beyond the very basics needed to write a paper for class and send emails to friends. I am one of those people who often cannot figure out technology or electronics even when I have the instruction manual in front of me. Through his patient instruction I am now much better with computers and hope to continue to learn how they work with many more hours of his careful instruction. Over the summer I was priviledged to go along with Brian on a few jobs. I loved watching him interact with his customers. No matter who he was helping Brian was able to teach them on their level what was wrong with their computer and how to better use their electronics.
